The embezzlement case of Rp 1.3 billion committed by Fujianti Utami's former manager Fuji, namely Batara Ageng, indeed has a long tail. The door to peace has been closed and the case is just waiting for the trial schedule.
Fuji's lawyer, Sandy Arifin, when met at the West Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday (6/8) stated this.
He also confirmed that in this case, it is suspected that Batara was assisted by two other individuals, but this is still being investigated regarding the chronology. Â
"Our client no longer has mediation or reconciliation, we will escort this legal process to court. I was just making the chronology of it," said Sandy Arifin. Â
On the same occasion, Fuji also confirmed this. However, she does not know the exact chronology, but it is clear that there are other parties suspected of helping the former manager commit the embezzlement.
"I don't really know the chronology of this, because it involves Batara, and there are second and third parties. As for this one, I don't know because it involves Batara," said Fuji.
When asked further, Fuji admitted that she knows the people who are said to have helped Batara. However, at that time, she tried to be patient so that all her reports could be proven so that Batara would receive his due punishment.
Moreover, those people cannot be contacted at all.
"I know. It's been a long time, but I was just patient because he also disappeared. Let's finish one by one because this case is about to be resolved and is going smoothly, we will continue again," Fuji explained.Â
"If I contact, he will definitely disappear. I am blocked or something, surely people like that will run away," he remarked.
