Not Only Tasya Farasya's Mother, Manager and Babysitter Deployed as Key Witnesses in Divorce Hearing

Tasya's attorney, Sangun Ragahdo, confirmed the presence of the manager and babysitter as part of the five witnesses they presented in the evidentiary hearing at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (22/10/2025).

"Earlier, my colleagues also saw directly, there was Mrs. Ala as Tasya's biological mother, then there was the manager or the person attached, and there was also a babysitter who took care of the child and happened to be attached to the child, to our client, Mrs. Tasya and also Mr. Rahmat," said Sangun.

2. The Presence of the Manager as a Witness

The presence of the manager is strongly suspected to be related to Tasya's professional and financial aspects, who has been known as a hard worker. Meanwhile, the babysitter's testimony is considered important to understand the family's interactions and conditions from the perspective of the child caregiver.

3. Present to Prove the Claims in the Lawsuit

Fattah Riphat, Tasya's legal team, explained that these witnesses were presented to prove what they have alleged in the lawsuit, particularly regarding the internal conditions of the household.

"So what we are currently trying to do is to prove what we have alleged in our lawsuit. And primarily related to the state of affairs at home when Tasya and her ex-husband were still together," said Fattah.

4. Testimony from Various Parties

The testimonies from various parties, ranging from immediate family, household staff, to professional teams, are considered to have covered all aspects that Tasya's side wants to prove.

"So earlier there were five witnesses, yes, in our personal opinion we believe that the allegations we presented in the lawsuit have all been covered by the testimonies and evidence we submitted," said Sangun.

Alawiyah Alatas, the mother of beauty vlogger Tasya Farasya, chose to speak little after being a witness in her daughter's divorce hearing with Ahmad Assegaf. The woman affectionately known as Mother Ala only smiled and asked for the best prayers for the ongoing process. Her facial expression appeared calm even though she had just given testimony before the panel of judges at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (22/10/2025).
