This time, Harris Vriza opened a culinary business called 'Raja Roso', which serves typical cuisine from Madura, East Java. The food made from tender and richly spiced duck meat is served with fluffy rice and crispy toppings, accompanied by various authentic Indonesian sambal that are ready to tantalize and indulge the taste buds of the Indonesian people.

He also shared the story of how he became interested in trying his luck as an entrepreneur. It all started from his dream, which eventually led Harris to make up his mind to open his business.

"It all started from my dream of starting a culinary business. Raja Roso is a daily food, so I am confident that it will be loved by the Indonesian people, from children to adults. This food is very suitable and the price is affordable for a rice bowl dish that uses premium ingredients," said Harris Vriza in a press release received on Monday (15/11).

For the price offered, it seems quite affordable for people who want to enjoy the typical Madura cuisine by Harris Vriza. Starting from Rp 35,000, buyers can already taste the pleasure and deliciousness of the tender duck meat, mixed with Madura's special spices and the choice of sambal that adds to its perfect flavor.

On this occasion, I am also very happy and grateful because I can meet great partners in their fields like Cobaz, Ko Chris, and Mrs. Hilda. They understand the culinary business that I want, so Raja Roso is here to bring Indonesian cuisine to a higher level but still affordable," said Harris Vriza.

The plan is to open Raja Roso outlets throughout Indonesia, and of course, Harris is not alone. Harris collaborates with Basuki Surodjo, Christopher Sebastian, and Hilda Kusumadewi. Basuki Surodjo, also known as Cobas, explained how Harris convinced himself to be part of the business plan and he also revealed the reason why he chose duck as the main menu.

"At first, Harris came to my office and said, 'I want to have a business, sir.' So, in the end, this Raja Roso business collaboration with me, Christopher, and Hilda happened," said Basuki Surodjo.

"Why Madura duck? Because this can be considered an everyday food, so it is suitable for all people," he concluded.
