Not Women's Dressing Room, This is the Renovation Agreed upon by Wulan Guritno and Sabda Ahessa

Kapanlagi.com - Wulan Guritno reconciled with Sabda Ahessa after her ex-boyfriend paid the advance fund. However, a statement from Sabda's mother named Shanty Widhiyanti on social media made Wulan annoyed.

Shanty mentioned that the construction of the women's dressing room in Sabda's house was Wulan's desire. However, the actress denied it because the room was not included in the agreement with Sabda.

"The idea of building the dressing room came from Sabda himself during the house renovation. What was said about shared funds and agreements, for example, the renovation of the back part of the house. Well, that was not a problem for Wulan because she wanted to renovate it," said Ficky Fernando, Wulan's legal representative, to the media on Saturday (9/3/2024).

1. Renovation of Unbilled Pools

In the lawsuit filed with the South Jakarta District Court by Wulan Guritno, there are details that have not been billed. What is meant is the renovation of the back of the house or the swimming pool because Wulan wants to help.

"There are agreements that Wulan does not bill because Wulan is the one paying. Like the renovation of the swimming pool area, Wulan does not charge," said Ficky Fernando.

2. Unpaid Renovation Funds

Further explained that the renovation of Sabda Ahessa's house has been completed since February 2023. Sabda is said to have paid the advance funds. However, when the remaining amount was not paid, Wulan Guritno finally sued her former lover in a civil case.

"The construction was completed in February and the payment deadline was in June 2023. It was billed until October 2023 but Sabda has not paid yet. Well, he only paid in November and December 2023 but it is not fully paid," explained Ficky Fernando.

"When we demanded the remaining advance funds, Sabda evaded. That's why Wulan Guritno asked us to help bring this issue to the legal path," added Ficky.
