Often Giving Assistance to Orphanages, Ashraf Sinclair Wants to Die Gathered with Rasulullah

As revealed by the Chairman of the Yatim Daarul Rahman Orphanage Foundation, Ahmad Habib. Not many people know that Bunga Citra Lestari's husband routinely provides assistance to orphans near his house.

“Maybe three or four years ago (as a donor). I no longer count how many times, because it's so frequent. (He comes) not once a week. Maybe in a month, there must be. Well, mostly in the form of money, he always brings an envelope filled with money,” said Ahmad Habib when met in the Pejaten Barat area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (19/2).

1. Do Not Want to Be Known by Many People

Ahmad Habib revealed that Bunga Citra Lestari's husband always comes alone to the orphanage. Ashraf Sinclair also once said that he didn't want many people to know when he was doing charity work.

“The only thing I know is that he always comes alone. I have never seen him come with anyone. Because he says, this is my charity work, this is my good deed, it doesn't need to be known by many people. (Usually) he comes wearing a t-shirt, wearing training clothes, wearing sports shoes, just comes here,” he said.

2. Want to Die Gathered with Rasulullah

There is even a statement from Ashraf Sinclair that Ahmad Habib always remembers until now. Ashraf Sinclair said that he is not a religious expert but he wants to be able to gather with Rasulullah when he dies.

“He told me, 'I am not a religious expert, I am not a knowledgeable person, but hopefully I can come to this place, and someday when I die and face Allah, I can gather with Rasulullah.' That's the only thing I remember from his conversation,” Ahmad Habib concluded.
