Okin Denies Sudden Eviction of Rachel Vennya, Asserts Already Knew & Requested Home Sales Department

The marital conflict between Okin and Rachel Vennya has entered a new chapter regarding the dispute over the house in the Kemang area. A narrative has emerged claiming that Okin intentionally evicted Rachel and her siblings from the residence shortly after the house was sold. However, this accusation was strongly denied by Okin's side, which stated that there was a distortion of facts.

Okin's attorney, Axl Matthew Situmorang, emphasized that the plan to sell the house was not sudden. Rachel Vennya's side is said to have known about this plan for a long time, and there was even an agreement regarding the deadline for moving out. Okin provided a sufficiently generous timeframe for his ex-wife to find a new place to live.

"Regarding the deadline for moving, it is not true that it is said to be evicting in a short time. Discussions have been ongoing since March, and it has now been agreed that the latest deadline is June 30, 2026," said Axl Matthew Situmorang when met in the Kemang area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (05/13/2026).

Axl explained that the house is legally owned by Okin, so he has full authority to sell it to settle child support obligations. He also revealed a unique fact that behind the statement of "not caring" about the selling price, Rachel's side actually requested a share of the profits if the house sells above the minimum target.

This is stated in the latest agreement dated May 9, where the former wife's side still wants a share of the difference in the selling price of the house. Axl considers this attitude to be quite contradictory to the narrative of "not prioritizing money" that has often been echoed on social media by that side.

"In the latest agreement dated May 9, it is stated that if there is an excess in the selling price, his ex-wife also wants a share. For example, if the house sells for 4.5 billion, the remaining 400 million after deducting the bank and the obligation of 3.1 billion, they also want it to be divided," said Axl Matthew Situmorang.

Regarding the major renovations that Rachel made to the house, Okin admitted that he was never officially asked for permission. As the rightful owner, Okin is puzzled as to why he should compensate for renovation costs that were done without his knowledge. For him, the use of the house for free all this time has already been a fair compensation for Rachel and her family.

Okin also casually responded to the issue of the missing vehicle registration certificate for the Alphard car that Rachel had raised. According to Okin, this is a business misfortune that should not be linked to issues of responsibility towards the child. Okin prefers to focus on his good intentions of providing billions of rupiah in cash to end this drama.

Now, Okin hopes that the quiet time after the sale of this house can be used to improve their relationship for the sake of their two children. He wants future communication to focus only on parenting matters without the need for snide remarks in the online world that harm many parties.
