Olivia Nathania Declared as a Suspect, Husband Nowhere to Be Seen

Kapanlagi.com - Nia Daniaty's daughter, Olivia Nathania, had to undergo her first examination after her status was elevated to a suspect in the alleged fraud case of fake civil servant recruitment at the Jakarta Metro Police on Thursday (11/11). However, this time the examination was attended by the woman who is familiarly known as Oi alone, without the presence of her husband, Rafly Tilaar.

Although Rafly was also reported, he was nowhere to be seen this time. Olivia's lawyer, Susanti Agustina, declined to comment when asked about it.

She claimed that she is currently only focused on Oi's legal case. She admitted that she is not aware of the matter.

"I don't know about my husband. Don't ask about that for now, let's talk about Oi," said Susanti Agustina at the Jakarta Metro Police, South Jakarta, on Thursday (11/11).

Although Rafly did not accompany his wife during the examination at the Metro Jaya Police, it can be ensured that Nia Daniaty's son-in-law provided support for his wife.

"There is support, no matter what it is, it will definitely be supported," he said.

"The support is at least moral, it must be strong, spirited," he added.

Previously, it was known that Olivia Nathania and her husband Rafly were reported to the Metro Jaya Police on September 23, 2021, on charges of embezzlement, fraud, and forgery of documents against 225 people with an estimated total loss of Rp 9.7 billion. The police report is documented with report number LP/B/4728/IX/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya dated September 23, 2021.

The reporter stated that Oi promised the victims that they could become civil servants by depositing a certain amount of money, but after the money was deposited, the promise was never fulfilled. Meanwhile, Oi clarified that he never promised the victims to become civil servants, but only offered tutoring for the civil servant recruitment test.
