"To be honest, the change for the better is not a setup, but for a better life. There are steps to this; getting married, your nature changes; having children, it changes again. From the beginning, I was carefree and all that, partying and all, because I didn't have a life partner, no life burden, no responsibilities. But if you have responsibilities in life, you will definitely change something in your life," said Samuel.
As we know, Samuel is married to presenter Franda, and even has a daughter named Zylvechia. The presence of Franda and their child in his life has made his life better.
"Having dependents, whether it's in terms of material or moral support, will surely change your attitude. When you have that responsibility, there will be changes from your previous behavior. When it is sufficient in terms of material and moral support, it moves on to the child. You have two dependents, your spouse and your child. Your previous negative traits can be changed," said Samuel.
The presence of Zylvechia has made Samuel even better. In the past, he used to drink a lot even though he never used drugs and wasn't really into parties. The old Samuel was also indifferent towards his parents, spoke rudely, and so on.
"Because for me, a child is the true identity of their parents, a reflection of their parents. A child is like a canvas. We as parents are the painters. What you paint on your child will be the result. If you want to paint a good picture, be a good person in front of your child. Not just in front of your child, but what's important is that we fear God," he concluded.
