The oddity is felt by Ruben Onsu regarding the change in attitude of Sarwendah in arranging meetings with the children. Ruben expressed that previously, their meetings always went smoothly without any complicated restrictions.

After the divorce, Ruben spent some time with his children several times. At that time, there were no health conditions or strict rules that are now being questioned by Sarwendah.

"Well, I asked Ruben, were those conditions still in place after the divorce when you met the children? Yes, we met. The problem of not meeting only arose recently, at the beginning of the divorce we were still meeting," said Minola Sebayang when met at the South Jakarta District Court on Wednesday (19/08/2026).

The fact that the previous meetings could occur without any issues serves as strong evidence for Ruben's side. They have documentation showing that Ruben and the children could gather happily.

"Meeting, gathering, there is evidence of it. And they do not deny that the meeting took place, that there was a time when Ruben was with those children. Were there any conditions at that time? None. So, why must there be conditions now?" Minola asked in surprise.

Ruben's side questions why issues that are claimed to have existed since the marriage are only being raised today. If they are indeed considered dangerous, this should have been addressed from the beginning in Act 39.

"Why is it only being raised today if it is something that he believes has existed during the marriage? Yes. Because it did not appear in Act 39, it was never sounded out to me," he continued.

This sudden change in attitude made Ruben feel cornered and his rights as a father restricted. He remains firm in his stance not to agree to changes in the agreement unless it is done based on mutual consent."So why is it changing now? If it indeed changes, it should be based on mutual agreement. This is where Ruben disagrees," explained Minola.
