Only 4 Months Married, Shinta Bachir Files for Divorce from Husband in Religious Court

As reported by DetikHot, Shinta has filed for divorce in the Religious Court since last week. Her legal representative has been appointed and spoken up, namely Sunan Kalijaga.

"Last week, Shinta Bachir officially appointed us as her legal representative to file the lawsuit. Shinta has also registered the divorce petition," said Sunan Kalijaga as quoted from DetikHot, Sunday (16/7).

Sunan mentioned that there are many problems in Shinta's second marriage that often make the actress cry. Apparently, Shinta has been consulting with Sunan and providing new evidence for some time now.

However, Sunan is still reluctant to reveal the details of Indra's marriage problems with Shinta. He only mentioned that there are many stories from Shinta.

"There are many problems in their household. There are so many stories, Shinta even cries. Sometimes she contacts me in the middle of the night to inform me of new evidence," said Sunan Kalijaga.

2. Court Hearing Schedule

Shinta's lawsuit against Indra has already been scheduled by the Religious Court. According to the schedule, they will hold the first hearing on July 18th.

Sunan admitted that he will still monitor the progress of Shinta's divorce case after the first hearing. Meanwhile, Shinta herself is currently in Bali for a vacation with her son, Arkan.

3. Shinta's Marriage

Shinta's marriage with Indra is the second marriage for both of them. Before marrying Indra, Shinta had been married before and has one child. The same goes for Indra, who has also been married before and has a child from his previous wife.

They made their vows on March 12, 2023, at TMII Jakarta, with a dowry of 10 grams of gold and millions of rupiah. However, it turns out that the marriage only lasted for 4 months.
