Only Asking for Rp 20 Million for Two Children's Livelihood, Tengku Dewi Putri Does Not Include a Demand for Gono Gini Assets in Andrew Andika

Kapanlagi.com - Tengku Dewi Putri has officially filed for divorce from Andrew Andika. However, she does not include a demand for Gono Gini assets in her lawsuit.

This is because Tengku Dewi Putri and Andrew had a prenuptial agreement regarding the separation of assets when they got married. Therefore, in her lawsuit, Tengku Dewi Putri only demands separation and custody rights of their children, including the one who is still in the womb.

"Custody of the children, so they have two children. One child who was born three years ago is named Ehsan Ryan. Then the child who is still in the womb now, 8 months along, has been confirmed through ultrasound to be a girl," said Minola Sebayang when met in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, on Thursday, June 6th.

"That's why in our lawsuit we state that there are 2 children, one has been born and the other is still in the process. As long as Dewi is pregnant with Andrew's child, there is no doubt about who the father of the child is," she added.

1. Child Support Claim of Rp 20 Million

In addition, Dewi also demands child support from Andrew amounting to Rp 20 million per month. Minola considers that the requested amount by Tengku Dewi is not excessive and is adjusted to Andrew Andika's ability.

"The cost of child support and child education requested by Dewi is very rational, not too excessive, not too conspicuous, just normal and possibly in accordance with the perceived ability of Andrew, which is only Rp 20 million per month for 2 children," he said.

2. The Amount is Still Reasonable

Minola is also confident that Andrew will not restrict what is rightfully the needs of his children solely because of the formal lawsuit filed by Tengku Dewi. Moreover, Minola considers the requested amount to still be very reasonable.

"I am sure that as a father, he will not restrict what the children need with a formal decision," he explained.

"At least in this lawsuit, when Dewi mentioned Rp 20 million, Rp 10 million is for one child, and I think this is very reasonable and not too conspicuous," he added.
