Luna Maya apparently is not only busy with various activities in the entertainment world of the homeland. Entering 2023, she is once again deepening her passion in the business world. Indeed, diving into the business world has long been pursued by this 39-year-old woman.
Apparently, there are obstacles and failures that she has experienced while trying her luck in various business fields.
"Many failures, how many times I invested, put in money and failed, until now I still have businesses that failed" Luna Maya said when met in the Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (22/2) afternoon.
Luna Maya then revealed the various losses from the business investments she has been trying. The estimated losses are not small.
"Well, if you calculate from the beginning until now, it could be billions, but it's not just once putting in billions, sometimes we put in small amounts, put in again, if you calculate from the beginning until now, the losses are also big," she said.
From her experience, even experiencing bankruptcy, Luna Maya only wants to convey a message to everyone to never give up and keep trying.
"Since 2007, I started doing business and kept failing. Invested in restaurants, and so on, kept failing until finally in 2019, hit by a pandemic. I thought, what business can I do that always fails," she explained.
"Apparently in 2021, Alhamdulillah, I really made it and in 2021 (also) I was paid for the first time from my own business," she said.
Luna Maya has just developed her own beauty product, called NAMA. This brand that sells various cosmetic products has started operating in PIM since February 23, 2023.
Luna Maya was present in person and participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony as a symbol that her store has started operating.
