Parto & Denny Cagur Returns to Accompany Ramadan in Sahur Segerr

Kapanlagi.com - Through a digital press conference, Trans 7 brings back the Sahur Segerr program. This program will be filled by Parto, Denny Cagur, Billy Syahputra, Anwar BAB, Rina Nose, Mpok Alpa and Ferdian.

The shooting of this event will be done without an audience, which is certainly not something new for Parto and Denny and the others. Because, during the corona pandemic, they are used to shooting without an audience.

1. Without an Audience

"Alhamdulillah this year is a bit different without an audience, tapping without an audience and we are used to it, it's different from last year, we are ready, already sleepy without an audience," joked Parto as the commander of OVJ.

"As for stamina, it's not a problem for me personally because I only work for sahur, I don't have any activities in the afternoon, so my stamina is maintained, vitamins keep me going, the most important thing is to stay fresh and fit, and get plenty of sleep," he added.

2. Maintaining Stamina

"I am happy, because in this line-up there is Parto, Rina, Mpok Alpa, and I am optimistic because I have been in OVJ for a long time, so I am ready to give good results, this is a challenge for me, the first shooting without an audience. Therefore, the important thing for me is to maintain stamina, you can see in my other programs, I am good at maintaining stamina, Alhamdulillah everything goes smoothly," added Denny Cagur.

It's different for Rina Nose. To maintain fitness during the corona pandemic while shooting Sahur Segerr, she consumes more honey. "If before I only drank a spoonful of honey, now I drink a gallon, before I slept for 5-6 hours, now I can sleep for 24 hours," she joked while laughing.
