After Fighting for Child Custody, Tsania Marwa Now Files a Lawsuit for Assets

Kapanlagi.com - After going through multiple hearings, the verdict hearing for child custody between Tsania Marwa and Atalarik Syach finally concluded some time ago. However, it seems that they still have to 'fight' again in court, this time regarding the issue of assets.

The lawsuit regarding assets was filed by Tsania secretly. This was revealed by M Herdiyan Saksono, the legal representative of Tsania Marwa, and the lawsuit was registered at the Cibinong Religious Court, West Java, since April 3, 2020.

"We filed it on April 3rd, but honestly we have communicated with Atalarik's party, after we received the power of attorney around January of this year. We have communicated several times with Atalarik," said M Herdiyan Saksono when contacted by phone on Wednesday night (22/4).

1. Tsania Marwa Confirmed Unable to Attend

Tsania's legal counsel also stated that the first hearing of this joint property case will take place on April 29, 2020 with case number 1820/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Cbn. However, unfortunately, Tsania is confirmed to not be able to attend the hearing.

"But our client is advised not to attend because this is just a power of attorney registration and determining the schedule of mediation," added M Heriyanto Saksono.

2. Hoping to Finish Before Eid

Although she will not be present at the hearing, Tsania still hopes that the decision on this joint property can be resolved before Eid al-Fitr. Tsania's party believes that if everything is done well, it will surely be resolved quickly.

"Hopefully, in the mediation, there is no need to proceed to the hearing, hopefully, they have met and can be resolved in this mediation process. We hope that with good communication and good intentions, with a good heart, God willing, this can be resolved before Eid," she said.

It is known that previously, Tsania Marwa and Atalarik Syah officially divorced on August 15, 2017. After that, they both met again in court to discuss the issue of child custody.
