Lucinta Luna, who was arrested on Tuesday (11/2) early in the morning, is charged with Article 52 in conjunction with Article 71 of Law number 5 of 1997 and Article 112 paragraph 1 of Law number 35 of 2009, with a punishment of less than 5 years.
Meanwhile, Vitalia Sesha, who was arrested with her boyfriend on (24/2), is charged with Article 114 subsidiary to Article 112 in conjunction with Article 132 of Law number 35 of 2009 and Article 60 paragraph 1 subsidiary to Article 62 paragraph 1 of Law number 5 of 1997, with a punishment of 5 years.
On the other hand, Vanesha Angel, who was arrested on March 16, 2020, is charged with Article 62 of Law number 5 of 1997 concerning psychotropic substances, with a maximum punishment of 5 years.
