Kapanlagi.com - Young actor, Naufal Samudra was recently arrested by the police for alleged abuse of synthetic marijuana drugs. After undergoing a urine test, it turns out that the result showed that the 21-year-old man was negative for drugs. However, there were still several further tests conducted by the police.
Naufal himself then revealed the reason why he used the illicit substance. Like many other artists, he admitted to consuming it in order to be able to sleep peacefully amidst his busy schedule.
"We are still investigating. However, the reason he mentioned is that he often has difficulty sleeping and according to him, this synthetic marijuana can make him relax and sleep easily," said the Head of Narcotics Division of West Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Ronaldo Maradona Siregar, in a press conference through the Polres_Jakbar Instagram account, Thursday (16/4).

Naufal himself admits to regretting buying and consuming synthetic marijuana. He hopes that his actions can serve as a lesson for others.
"Hopefully my case can be a lesson for the younger generation of Indonesia. Don't even try to buy drugs and negative things. Stay far away from such things," said Naufal Samudra.

As is known, Naufal Samudra was arrested at his residence on Jl. Margasatwa Barat, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta on Monday night (13/4). In the arrest, the police seized two bottles of liquid containing synthetic marijuana, each containing 10 ml, belonging to Naufal Samudra.
Naufal is currently an official detainee of the West Jakarta Metro Police while waiting for his case file to enter the courtroom. For his actions, Naufal is charged under Article 112 and 114 with a minimum punishment of 5 years imprisonment and a maximum of 20 years imprisonment.
