Ahmad Dhani and Vanessa Angel are currently being detained at Rutan Medaeng, Sidoarjo, East Java. Involved in different cases, Dhani and Vanessa both participated in voting for the 2019 Election today.

Previously, Vanessa was a police detainee held at the East Java Regional Police. However, since Friday (29/3/2019), Vanessa has officially become a detainee of the prosecutor's office and has been transferred to Rutan Medaeng, which is also the location where Ahmad Dhani is being held. This is the atmosphere of Vanessa and Ahmad Dhani's voting.

Meanwhile, Ahmad Dhani was declared guilty in the trial at the end of January 2019. Dhani was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison.

As is known, Vanessa is involved in an online prostitution case which has implicated her. Until now, the case is still ongoing in court.

Vanessa and Ahmad Dhani, both have exercised their voting rights in the 2019 General Elections. "Technically, you may ask the General Election Commission (KPUD) because I'm not exactly sure. But in principle, they have exercised their voting rights, whether it's only for the president or also for the Regional Representative Council (DPR RI), that's something that needs to be discussed again," Susi concluded.

When asked about Dhani's desire to intentionally avoid media coverage, Susi mentioned that Dhani seemed to just want to take some time to rest. "No, not really, it's just that earlier he was a bit early because maybe he wanted to rest or something like that," said Susi.

Unfortunately, only Vanessa was caught on camera casting her vote at Rutan Medaeng. Wearing a hat and a mask, Vanessa appeared mingling with other inmates while waiting in line.

According to the statement of the East Java Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Susi Susilawai, Dhani had already cast his vote earlier in the morning.
