Pinkan Mambo's Story of Childhood Mischief, Money in the ATM Spent on Buying Shoes

Kapanlagi.com - Senior singer, Pinkan Mambo is now rarely seen on television. However, the former member of Ratu still frequently participates in various off-air events.

Pinkan herself has to manage her time wisely, considering that she now has 5 children. Moreover, the 39-year-old woman never uses a babysitter or caregiver for her children.

"It's nice to have many children. At first, it was really difficult, I wanted to cry because I had to do everything myself without any nurses or nannies. But I fought. I could hire a nurse, but it's not instant. What if I don't have the financial means later? So I don't want to force it," said Pinkan when met at Trans TV building, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (22/1).

1. Teach Children Not to be Arrogant

There are several important points that Pinkan always teaches to her children. Some of them are caring for others and not being arrogant.

"I ask my children not to be arrogant. Just live a normal life. I teach them to care for others and to love their friends. Yes, I teach them kindness in small things," she continued.

2. Misbehavior of the Fruit of her Heart

Pinkan admitted that one of her children once did something very unacceptable. Knowing this, the singer of 'Dirimu Dirinya' immediately got very angry.

"My ATM was taken by (my child) and the money was spent on buying shoes. That money was supposed to be used to buy concert tickets. Woohhh, I could get really angry about that. Yes, I scolded them because they were not behaving properly. They used to be very naughty, it made me sad. I scolded them by shouting until the neighbors heard," she recalled.

3. Difficulties and Joys Together

Pinkan's children are now said to have started behaving and understanding their parents' situation. Pinkan also refuses to spoil her children too much so that they also know what it's like to live a difficult life.

"It used to be a long time ago, (mischievous) for about five years. But now they are good to me. Although they can be annoying, it has decreased. So we live in simplicity, making us often hug and love each other because the children know that their parents are struggling. So we hold hands through thick and thin," concludes Pinkan.
