Kapanlagi.com - The divorce process between Okie Agustina and Gunawan Dwi Cahyo is still ongoing at the Religious Court of Bogor, West Java. Amidst their divorce case, it is heard that Gunawan Dwi Cahyo will report Okie Agustina to the police regarding allegations of infidelity.
As it is known, one of the reasons Okie Agustina filed for divorce from Gunawan Dwi Cahyo is due to alleged infidelity after the football player was caught together with another woman.

Gunawan Dwi Cahyo's legal representative, Wahyudo Tora Hananto, said that the report will be pending because the communication between his client and Okie Agustina is now much better.
"Regarding the report, it became popular a week ago, then there has been better communication between Gunawan and Okie, so for now we are pending the reports because there has been better communication," said Wahyudo Tora Hananto when met at the Religious Court, Bogor, West Java, on Tuesday (5/12).
Gunawan Dwi Cahyo's party still maintains their position that there was no infidelity. This divorce happened because there was no longer compatibility in the marriage. Therefore, the report will still await developments in the upcoming trial.
"Basically, this divorce is purely their mutual agreement to separate because there is no longer compatibility and there is no third party, but because the allegation is still written in the lawsuit, Okie's legal representative will prove it and we will also prove from our side that the allegation of infidelity did not happen," explained Wahyudo Tora Hananto.
"We will see the development if for now, whether there is an intention to report or not, we will see in the future," added Gunawan Dwi Cahyo's legal advisor, Septa Eka Putra.
Meanwhile, Okie Agustina, represented by her legal counsel, Danna Harly Putra, said that the report is valid, but they will still proceed with their lawsuit.
"If it's up to us, they can go ahead with that legal action, as anyone is free to do so. However, from our side, we remain steadfast in our principles and our lawsuit will not change," concluded Danna Harly Putra.
