Police Ensure the Summons of Vadel Badjideh and His Father in the Nikita Mirzani Case

Kapanlagi.com - The investigation into the report by Nikita Mirzani against Vadel Badjideh regarding allegations of sexual misconduct against Laura Meizani alias Lolly continues. As of now, the police are preparing the examination schedule for several parties considered important in this case.

The Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, stated that the schedule for further examination of Vadel has been arranged by the investigators.

"It is clear that it has been scheduled. It has been sent out, we will definitely update," she said when met on Monday (13/11/2024).

When asked whether Vadel's examination will take place this week or next week, Nurma mentioned that it is entirely up to the investigators' authority.

"Yes, so that's the investigator's authority. After we have sent the letter, we will update the summons later," she said.

1. Called as Soon as Possible

However, Nurma ensures that the calling process is conducted as quickly as possible so that this case can be processed further. "The sooner, the better, because there are indeed other cases waiting," she added.

In addition to Vadel, Umar Badjideh, Vadel's father, will also be scheduled for questioning. According to Nurma, the investigators are still arranging the right time for the summons.

"That will be scheduled later. Yes, scheduled by the investigators," she said.

Regarding the deadline or the final deadline for the completion of the investigation, Nurma emphasized that this also falls under the authority of the investigators. "If that's the case, we will ask the investigators, yes. We will ask the investigators," she said.

Until now, the investigators continue to work to ensure that all evidence and statements can be gathered completely before this case moves to the next stage. The summons of several witnesses and reported parties is expected to provide clarity in resolving this case.
