Police Examine Three Witnesses Who Claim to be Victims of Alleged Kidnapping and Detention by Nindy Ayunda

Kapanlagi.com - The alleged detention carried out by singer Nindy Ayunda has now entered the investigation phase. The case is being handled by the South Jakarta Metro Police.

This time, the investigators called three witnesses to be examined today. The three witnesses were accompanied by their lawyer, Fahmi Bachmid.

Arriving at 3:30 PM, the three witnesses included Sulaiman, who was a former personal driver of Nindy Ayunda, Rini Diana, Sulaiman's wife, and another young man whose name was not mentioned.

"Today we are undergoing examination. There are witnesses and victims of the kidnapping case regulated in Article 333 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 8 years in prison. We brought three (witnesses). What is important is that they are husband and wife. The reporter is Rini, the victim is Sulaiman," said Fahmi Bachmid when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Monday (4/7).

1. Feeling Traumatized

Fahmi said that his client, Sulaiman, still feels traumatized until now. When asked further, Fahmi did not want to talk much before the examination process was completed.

"Later, Sulaiman will tell how this happened and so on. He is traumatized until now," said Fahmi Bachmid.

2. Kidnapping Accusation

"I may convey the essence after the person concerned has been examined. I'm afraid there might be something wrong. I think we'll continue later," he concluded.

Previously, Nindy Ayunda had been reported by Rini Diana for alleged kidnapping and confinement. Not only that, Nindy Ayunda was also said to have repeatedly failed to respond to calls from the South Jakarta Metro Police regarding the alleged case. The report was recorded with the number LP/904/II/YAN2.5/2021/SPKT PMJ.

3. Reported by Former Private Driver

For some time now, Nindy Ayunda has been reported for the confinement of Sulaiman, her former private driver. The report was made by Rini Diana, who is none other than Sulaiman's wife.

Now, it seems that Rini's report is stuck in place with no signs of progress whatsoever. Even celebrity Nikita Mirzani spoke out and called on the police to take decisive action.

The South Jakarta Police Chief, Kombes Pol Budhi Herdi Susianto, then confirmed that his office would soon process the case. "There is indeed a report and it is being processed," said Budhi Herdi via WhatsApp message on Sunday (26/6/2022) evening.
