Police Say Initials HH Artist Suspected Hana Hanifah Was with a Man When Arrested in a Hotel

The identity of the person, whose identity has not been clearly revealed, is said to have been arrested in a hotel in Medan.

According to Kapolrestabes Medan, Kombes Pol Riko Sunarko, they have arrested a woman with the initial H. The woman claimed that she had just landed from Jakarta.

"We have detained a woman with the initials H, 23 years old. She claimed that she had just landed from Jakarta this morning and then stayed at a hotel with her companion, which we are currently investigating," he explained in a video received by journalists.

Comr. Pol. Riko Sunarko also confirmed that the arrest of a woman with the initial H is related to a prostitution case. "It is true that our suspicion is about prostitution and whether this person is an artist or not, we are currently investigating," he said.

Riko continued, when she was apprehended at a hotel, H was with a man. "She was with a man at one of the hotels in Medan. For clarity on the purpose and what they were doing, we will explain tomorrow as they are currently being questioned," he added.

2. Manager Gives a Denial

Previously, Hana Hanifah's manager, Nico, denied that the arrested woman was his artist. Nico mentioned that Hana was in Jakarta. He also communicated with Hana last night.

"Oh no, who said that? I haven't received any information this morning. We were still communicating at 19:44 last night. She said she was still in Jakarta. During the video call, it also seemed like she was in her apartment in Jakarta. I could tell from the wall stickers and bedcover. Because she likes the color red," said Nico on Monday (13/7).
