Police Secure Meth and Marijuana while Arresting Ammar Zoni in Apartment

Kapanlagi.com - Actor Ammar Zoni has been free from prison for just over a month. Unfortunately, Irish Bella's husband has to deal with the police again due to a drug case.

This was confirmed by the Head of the Narcotics Unit of West Jakarta Metropolitan Police, AKBP Indrawienny Panjiyoga. They apprehended Ammar in his apartment in the Serpong area of Tangerang on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, in the evening.

"Yes, it's true. Our artist AZ was apprehended last night in the Serpong area, South Tangerang, in an apartment," he said at the West Jakarta Metropolitan Police on Wednesday, December 13, 2023.

1. Successfully Secure Evidence

In the arrest, Indrawienny Panjiyoga said that they have successfully secured the evidence. Not just one, the police have secured 2 types of drugs.

"And we secured several pieces of evidence. There are two types of narcotics found in the apartment and we are currently investigating to pursue the supplier or provider of the goods related to AZ," said Indrawienny Panjiyoga.

2. Still Undergoing Examination

During the first arrest, Ammar was arrested for the misuse of marijuana. And during the second arrest, Ammar was apprehended for the use of crystal meth.

"The evidence (when apprehended) was marijuana and crystal meth," revealed Indrawienny Panjiyoga.

Until now, the police are still conducting an examination of Ammar Zoni. The condition of the father of two is currently in good health.

"The examination is still ongoing," she concluded.
