Police Warn Artists Who Received Funds from Indra Kenz and Doni Salmanan to Report, Here's the Consequence If They Stay Silent...

Kapanlagi.com - Two men dubbed as crazy rich, namely Indra Kenz and Doni Salmanan, have been officially declared suspects. They are both involved in a case of alleged fraud disguised as binary options.

Moving and immovable assets belonging to Indra and Doni were seized by the Directorate of Cyber Crime (Dittipidsiber) of the Indonesian National Police. In the initial calculation, Indra's total assets amounted to IDR 43.5 billion, while Doni's total assets amounted to IDR 60 billion.

1. Appeal to Public Figures to Report

The police will continue to investigate a number of assets belonging to Indra Kenz and Doni Salmanan. Investigators also appealed to the public and public figures who have received funds to immediately report such matters.

"Our investigators hope that members of the public or public figures who feel they have received funds from the two suspects will report it. It will then be clarified by the investigators," said Head of Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police, Kombes Pol Gatot Repli Handoko, at a press conference on Monday (14/3/2022).

2. Threatened with Money Laundering Law

If there are members of the public and public figures who do not report, there will be consequences. They could be charged with the Money Laundering Act or TPPU.

"If it turns out that it is not reported, the consequences will certainly be subject to the TPPU law," continued Kombes Pol Gatot Repli Handoko.

3. Investigators Have Collected Data

So far, there have been no reports from the public or public figures claiming to have received funds from Indra Kenz and Doni Salmanan. However, investigators have collected data on who the recipients are.

"No one has reported yet. But there is data, and the follow-up will be done by the investigators. Let's wait for the investigators, I don't want to preempt my colleagues," said Police Commissioner Gatot Repli Handoko.
