Ayu explained that the use of rib bones provides a sturdier structure for her nose. She feels tired if she has to keep making revisions due to the sometimes unstable implants. She believes this procedure can yield more robust results and minimize the risk of shape shifting in the future.

Her decision to return to the operating table at a beauty clinic in South Jakarta was not made lightly. Ayu admitted that this procedure is an effort for "renovation" after previously undergoing a similar operation abroad. She feels the need to make adjustments so that her facial shape remains proportional and pleasing to the eye.

"Yes, at that time there was also an earthquake, so I chose Skizhel for my nose renovation. The clinic recommended using rib bones, so I went along with it. This might be my seventh or eighth nose surgery," she explained regarding the frequency of her surgeries.

Regarding the recovery period, this 33-year-old woman has to be patient for about two weeks ahead. During the healing process, Ayu experiences the usual side effects of the surgical procedure. She admits that she still feels the effects of the anesthesia even though the pain is starting to slowly emerge in the area that was incised.

Ayu explained that the rib bone taken had to be scraped first before being attached to the nose. This process certainly leaves a significant amount of pain after the effects of the anesthesia wear off. However, she remains optimistic because she believes this method does not cause redness reactions like the use of plastic implants.

"The recovery period is about 10 to 14 days. If using this rib, there are no side effects like implants that can cause redness. Right now, I can still feel the effects of the anesthesia, but later when the anesthesia wears off, I will probably feel pain since there is a part of the rib that was cut and scraped," she concluded.

Until now, Ayu Aulia still has to undergo intensive recovery under medical supervision. She hopes that the result of this eighth surgery will be the last for her nose. Her consistency in changing her appearance has indeed always been a hot topic of conversation among netizens in the country.
