The cadets of the Military Academy (Akmil) who are part of the Indonesian Republic Contingent also took part in the commemoration of France's National Day or Bastille Day 2025 at Champs-Élysées, Paris. Artist and model, who is also a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives Arzeti Bilbina, is proud because the sons of the nation are giving their best abilities by being part of the Bastille Day Ceremony on Monday (14/7/2025).

Moreover, her son named Bagas Wicaksono Rahadi Setiawan is among the ranks. Arzeti and other Akmil mothers expressed their gratitude to the authorities for giving the sons of the nation the opportunity to participate in this prestigious event.

"This is certainly a pride for a mother, but it also holds national pride. Because we know our best young generation, especially the Cadets from the Military Academy, have shown discipline, fighting spirit, and of course the best representation of Indonesia as they go to the international stage," said Arzeti Bilbina.

According to the wife of businessman Didit Setiawan, the presence of the Cadet children from the Military Academy at Bastille Day proves that education in the Indonesian Military has produced resilient generations with a global perspective.

"We also see that the children were given the opportunity when in Paris, France, they occupied the French Military places. They witnessed the real contribution of the Military to the resilience of a nation," she explained.

"Of course, as a mother, I am very grateful to Akmil for being so extraordinary for the nation's children. As a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives, I am increasingly optimistic that the future of a nation's defense is in the right hands," concluded the member of the Indonesian House of Representatives Commission IX from the PKB faction.

The appearance of the Akmil cadets was led directly by the Governor of the Military Academy, Major General TNI Arnold A.P Ritiauw, accompanied by the Commander of the Level II/Adult Cadet Battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Inf Adhy Irawan, S.I.P., along with supporting staff.

The presence of the Akmil cadets, who are also candidates for the Indonesian National Army (TNI), became the main focus when placing their troops in the front line during the parade.

The Patriot II Task Force contingent parade received applause from French President Emmanuel Macron and Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, who were present as honored guests. A total of 504 TNI personnel performed impressively at the ceremony.
