An unexpected moment occurred after the press conference for the film CALL FROM THE GRAVE held in the Kemang area of Jakarta on Monday (14/7/2025). Actress Nirina Zubir received a surprise from the KapanLagi.com team in the form of two old photos of her kept in a brown envelope.
Nirina, who was wearing a t-shirt with the title of her latest film, looked shocked and excited when she saw the contents of the envelope. She couldn't hide her astonishment upon seeing her younger self.
"Do you know how old these photos are? What year was it? Maybe 2003. Definitely in the early 2000s. I don't think I was even a teenager yet. I was still 23, 24. oh my god, that's half my age now," Nirina said while laughing.
This nostalgic moment happened after Nirina participated in a Q&A session with the media about her latest horror film. When she saw the photo, she immediately remembered her youth.
"Who took this photo of me, young Nirina, hahahaha. Oh my," she continued while looking at the photo.
The photo shown by the KapanLagi.com team is an old archive kept since the early 2000s. The photo features Nirina in her typical youthful style, wearing a casual top and a cheerful smile.
"Thank you for taking me back to that time," she said while signing the photo.
On that occasion, Nirina also reminded that the film Panggilan dari Kubur will be released on August 14, 2025. She invited the public to watch the film, which she mentioned contains a lot of emotions and surprises.
