In an interview, Meisya expressed her pride in Bambang, who is easily guided to pray in congregation.
"As for Bambang, thank God he is consistent. So every time he is invited to pray in congregation, for example, Bambang doesn’t take long, there’s no drama, it’s not like 'wait a minute, mom, let me do this first'. Without intending to compare, but what I mean is that each child is unique, right, their characters are different," said Meisya Siregar as quoted from detikhot.

Meisya explains that Bambang is very enthusiastic about carrying out his religious duties. She feels grateful because her child shows a high interest and awareness of religious obligations.

"If Bambang, I really tried from the very beginning to make him want to perform religious duties even before he reaches puberty. Now he is still not of age, but still, he has to perform obligatory worship. Like prayer, I try to make him consistent, and it turns out it has an impact; every time I ask him, he never puts up a drama, so it works," said Meisya Siregar.

"Trial and error, that's how it is with having children. The first child is like this, okay, error, okay, change again for the second child, wow, still an error, and then the third child, alhamdulillah, is good with religious matters. So I do a lot of evaluations," she continued.

Bambang stated that his reason for fasting and praying is not because he is afraid of being scolded by his parents. He is evidently aware that this is an obligation for Muslims.
