The funeral ceremony for Grandma Jerome Polin was filled with emotion and solemnity. He shared those emotional moments through posts on social media.
"April 25, grandma has left us all. From the series of mourning events over these 3 days, there is one thing that has become a personal reflection and reminder for me," he wrote on his personal IG on Monday (4/28).
The funeral ceremony was attended by the extended family and close relatives. In a somber atmosphere, Jerome expressed how greatly his grandmother's influence and kindness impacted his life.
Jerome remembered his grandmother as a loving person who always provided support, especially in his career and life journey.
"Many have shared stories about how often grandma cooked for all of us. Many people talked about her love, care, warmth, attention, and kindness," he explained further.
Jerome also expressed his gratitude for his beloved grandmother. Throughout her life, she was always present at various important moments in Jerome's life.
"Thank you very much for the delicious cooking, grandma. See you again sometime, grandma, we love you," he concluded.
