"24…I never thought I would reach the age of 24, but here I am…I never thought I would become a mother at 24.I never thought my life would be this heavy.I never thought I would be able to survive after all the wounds I had to go through… at just 24 years old," she wrote.
Justin Hubner also posted a photo with Jennifer on his girlfriend's birthday. He wrote a sweet caption but closed the comments section. "Happy birthday to someone very specialI enjoy every moment with you, and you deserve all the happiness and loveNo matter what people say about us, let everything speak for itself, what matters is that we enjoy our time together," wrote Justin.
At Jennifer's birthday celebration, Justin Hubner's mother, Brigitte Hubner, also participated. She posted a photo with Jennifer and wished her a happy birthday. "Happy birthday Jennifer," wrote Brigitte.
