Liza started her career as a finalist in Aneka Magazine in 2004. In 2010, Liza won the Miss Indonesia Earth 2010 contest. 

A year later, Liza competed in the Puteri Indonesia 2011 competition. In this competition, Liza representing East Java successfully became the first runner-up.  

Liza then fell in love with Nicky Tirta, and they finally got married on November 8, 2012, held in Malang, East Java.
