Portrait of 'Marry My Husband' Japanese Version Coming Soon, Starring Takeru Satoh

'Marry My Husband' Japanese version is an official remake of the Korean drama produced by Studio Dragon and CJ ENM, under the direction of director Ahn Gil-ho, the same person who successfully worked on the series 'The Glory'. The screenplay is written by Satomi Oshima, a veteran Japanese screenwriter known for works like '1 Litre of Tears'. While the main plot remains faithful to the original web novel by Sung So-jak, this adaptation localizes the dialogue, setting, and several cultural elements to resonate more with the Japanese audience.

Fuka Koshiba plays Misa Kobe, a protagonist whose life is shattered by the betrayal of her husband and best friend. After dying, she is thrown 10 years back into the past with a determination for revenge while also starting a new life.

Takeru Satoh as Wataru Suzuki, a new Section Chief who was not in Misa's memory before. His presence helps Misa discover another side of her life, far from the shadows of vengeance.

Sei Shiraishi as Reina Esaka, Misa's best friend who later betrays her. This role is crucial for triggering her conflict in the first timeline. Yu Yokoyama as Tomoya Hirano, Misa's cheating husband. His character becomes the main focus of Misa's revenge plan.

Misa Kobe lives her days as a devoted wife and a supportive friend. However, Misa's world collapses when she witnesses her husband, Tomoya Hirano, with her close friend, Reina Esaka. Tragically, Misa dies a brutal death after the betrayal. A miracle occurs when she wakes up 10 years in the past, a second chance to change her fate. Armed with knowledge of the future, Misa devises a plan to make Reina marry Tomoya, then watch her suffer the same anguish. However, her encounter with Wataru Suzuki challenges her intentions; slowly, Misa's heart is touched as she begins to consider true love and her own happiness beyond revenge.
