The interior of this house is lined with granite and has a large electrical system, which greatly supports the needs of filming with heavy equipment.
The rental price is quite fantastic, depending on the duration and type of production. For daily filming like soap operas, the rental cost can start from Rp5 million per day. If used for advertisements, the price can rise to Rp8–15 million per day. Meanwhile, for monthly rentals, the rate can reach Rp150 million. Dozens of titles of soap operas and TV movies have been filmed in this house. One of the most legendary is "Bidadari", a 90s soap opera starring Marshanda and aired on RCTI. In addition, this house often appears in productions by Genta Buana Paramita, a production house known for filling many slots on Indosiar with colossal TV movies and family dramas.
