Press conference on the assault case of a sister against Aghnia Punjabi's child, conducted by the Malang Kota Police Chief, Kombes. Pol Budi Hermanto, at Malang Kota Police Station, Saturday (30/3).

The suspect is charged with Article 80 Paragraph 2 of the Indonesian Law No. 35 of 2014 regarding Child Protection, Criminal Acts Against Violence on Children.
The suspect faces a prison sentence of 5 years, violence with objects or goods, and a maximum fine of Rp 100 million.
Meanwhile, the results of the autopsy stated that Aghnia Punjabi's child suffered many injuries, such as bruises on the left eye, forehead, and both ears.
