After being declared deceased by the doctor at 16:25 WIB, Thursday (10/4), the family bathed the body of the late Titiek Puspa at the hospital. From the hospital, the body of the late Titiek was taken to the funeral home in the Pancoran area, South Jakarta.
The arrival of Titiek's body was met with tears from family and friends. Several notable figures were seen among the mourners, including Inul Daratista and Indy Barends.
The body of the late Titiek Puspa arrived at the funeral home on Thursday, (10/4) around 20:10 WIB. It was delivered by an ambulance that went straight into the yard of the house.
Upon arrival at the location, the coffin was immediately taken into the room that had been prepared. Family members and police helped carry the coffin into the house.
The arrival of the late Titiek's body was welcomed by the family. Tears of grief were uncontrollable as they welcomed the late Titiek.
Relatives of Titiek could not hold back their tears. Other family members comforted and offered solace.
The family had prepared a place in the middle of the living room for the body of the late Titiek. A white cloth was spread out, ready to be a temporary resting place for the legend before being buried.
Titiek passed away at the age of 87 after being treated for approximately 15 days due to a brain hemorrhage in the left side of her head. She took her last breath this afternoon, Thursday, (10/4) around 16:25.
A number of important figures and public personalities were present to pay their last respects. Among them were former Governor of DKI Jakarta Sutiyoso, dangdut singer Inul Daratista, and senior presenter Indy Barends.
Inul Daratista was the first celebrity to arrive at the funeral home. Inul also stayed by Titiek's side during her treatment at Medistra Hospital, until she took her last breath.
As of now, the family has not provided any information regarding Titiek's funeral procession. They are still keeping the late's body at the funeral home.
The departure of Titiek leaves a deep sorrow for the family. May the family left behind be given strength and fortitude.
