Titiek Puspa Passed Away, A Line of Artists Express Condolences - Remembering Moments Together

Renowned musician Melly Goeslaw posted a photo of Titiek Puspa on her personal Instagram. She expressed her condolences, even thanking Eyang Titiek.   "Thank you Eyang Titiek, your dedication through your artistic work deserves extraordinary recognition from the Indonesian government, Cc Mr. President @prabowo.

Next, there is the senior dangdut singer Hetty Koes Endang. She shared a video expressing her condolences for the passing of Titiek Puspa forever. "Farewell aunt Titiek Puspa, may you pass away in husnul khotimah, amen," she expressed.

The entertainment industry in the country is shrouded in deep sorrow. Senior artist Betharia Sonata also feels a great loss, she shared moments of togetherness with Titiek Puspa and offered prayers for the deceased.

Titiek Puspa passed away at the age of 87, yet she remained active in this entertainment industry. This was known from the Instagram of artist Leony who shared memories of their time on stage together.   "Legendary Indonesian singer, Titiek Puspa, passed away today, Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 16:25 WIB at Medistra Hospital, Jakarta," she wrote.  

Titiek Puspa and Soimah have a close relationship in the Indonesian entertainment world. The two are often seen together at various events and television programs, showing their close bond. In her latest post on Instagram, Soimah expressed that she feels a great loss.   "Farewell, Eyang Titiek Puspa," she concluded.  

Also joining in is young dangdut singer, Lady Rara. She reminisced about her closeness with this legend. Rara is grateful to have been loved by Eyang Titiek Puspa.

Rara also expressed her longing for the calls from Titiek Puspa, who often motivated her. This LIDA graduate thanked her and offered prayers. Now, the beautiful memories and works of Titiek Puspa will always be remembered by many.   "Eyang is a great person, with a sincere heart, may Eyang find the best place beside Allah. Husnul Khotimah, my dear Eyang. Rara is here praying for Eyang always," Rara explained.

Inul Daratista feels she owes a lot to Titiek Puspa, who has considered her like a granddaughter. Titiek Puspa supported Inul when she faced a ban in the early 2000s.
