Jessica Iskandar who has just lost her beloved father, Hardy Iskandar, forever. Hardy passed away on Saturday, (28/12) at 06:30 WIB, but Jedar only shared this sad news on Sunday, (29/12). Here is a portrait of the atmosphere at Hardy's funeral located in Central Jakarta.
Although it looks quiet, several flower arrangements from relatives and artist friends of Jedar and Vincent fill the front of the funeral home.
In her post, Jedar revealed that Hardy passed away at home, after suffering from illness for a long time. She also apologized if her father had any mistakes during his lifetime.
Jedar appeared strong as she let go of her beloved father to the presence of God Almighty. Although in mourning, she feels that it was time for her father to return to God.
In her post, Jedar also revealed that her father no longer feels pain. She bravely let go of her father's departure peacefully, believing that Hardy is now in a better place.
The body of the late Hardy Iskandar is laid to rest at the Sentosa Gatot Subroto funeral home, and a candlelight vigil will be held on January 31, 2024. Jedar mentioned that Hardy's body will be cremated on January 1, 2025.
Through her post on Instagram, Jedar reminisced about her father during his lifetime. In Jedar's eyes, Hardy was the perfect father who always treated her like a beloved little princess.
Jedar remembers Hardy as a father who never raised his voice or spoke in a harsh tone. She learned to be gentle from her beloved father.
