Verrell Bramasta has just made a new breakthrough. Visiting the Indonesian Navy Command (Koarmada RI), he was appointed as a Maritime Ambassador by the Indonesian Navy. This was directly confirmed on the official account of Koarmada RI.
"The Commander of the Indonesian Navy Command (Pangkoarmada RI) Admiral TNI Dr. Denih Hendrata, S.E., M.M., received a working visit from Member of Commission X of the Indonesian House of Representatives Mr. Verrell Bramasta in the office of Pangkoarmada RI, Jakarta," wrote the caption of the post on Monday (14/07/2025)."
"In a warm and productive discussion, Pangkoarmada RI appointed Mr. Verrell Bramasta as the Maritime Ambassador of the Indonesian Navy as a form of support for the maritime campaign that is expected to serve as a bridge of information for the wider community about maritime affairs, especially for the younger generation, in voicing the national maritime program," continued the official caption.
With Verrell's appointment as MARITIME AMBASSADOR, he automatically has a set of responsibilities that cannot be ignored in carrying out his role.
Verrel must help the government in encouraging the community, especially the younger generation, to be more aware and understand the importance of preserving the sea, coastal ecosystems, and the wealth of Indonesia's maritime resources.
This child of Venna Melinda must also elevate the potential of marine and fisheries, marine tourism, sea transportation, and Indonesia's maritime culture both domestically and abroad.
As a public figure and a member of the DPR, Verrell is also expected to be a positive example for the community in adopting a sea-friendly and sustainable lifestyle, such as reducing plastic waste in the sea.
"The Commander of the Indonesian Navy Fleet Command revealed a strategic plan for massive soybean planting on military-owned land under the Indonesian Navy Fleet Command. This cross-sector collaboration between the Navy and the legislature is expected to strengthen the foundation of national independence in the fields of maritime, food, and youth empowerment," explained the Indonesian Navy Fleet Command as an additional task for Verrell in the future.
