Zaskia recounted an initial conversation with her friend about the demonstration conditions, which felt calm while the streets were actually quiet. They tried to find news through Instagram, TikTok, and X but couldn’t find any relevant information. This led both of them to suspect that the demonstration might be on break due to the weekend. "Hey, is there still a demonstration today? Why is it calm but the streets are empty? I looked on IG, TikTok, and X but couldn't find any news." This expression shows that the difficulty in finding information made her and her colleague think that the action had temporarily stopped.

Zaskia then met with another colleague who provided new information regarding the demonstration conditions. She revealed that the action was still ongoing and that victims were continuously arriving, necessitating medical personnel. It was from here that Zaskia learned that one of the medical alert points was located in Kwitang. "It turns out the demonstration is still large and the medical team from the citizens' movement is helping to prepare several ambulances, one of the points is in Kwitang." This fact ultimately led her to join directly with the medical team.

On her way to Kwitang, Zaskia described the road conditions that were not easy to traverse. The main road was closed, forcing her and her group to take a detour through an alternative route. This situation made the journey feel increasingly tense. "The atmosphere heading to Kwitang is quite tense, being redirected here and there because the main road is closed. Along the way, there are many signs of burning," she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post.

Upon arriving at the location, Zaskia witnessed many victims in need of medical assistance. Some were hit by rubber bullets, others suffered from impacts, but the majority were victims of tear gas. Most experienced chest tightness and required immediate oxygen. "On average, chest tightness (oxygen is urgently needed) and also NACL to clean the eyes." This situation forced the medical team to work quickly to help as many victims as possible in a short time.

Zaskia also mentioned other obstacles faced in the field, namely the documentation ban. She admitted to seeing many plainclothes individuals who strictly prohibited photos and videos. In fact, they requested that existing documentation files be deleted. "NO PHOTOS! NO VIDEOS ALLOWED! Delete that file! Everyone who is just watching to record, etc., go away," she wrote imitating the words of those who prohibited her from documenting the situation.

In her duties, Zaskia accompanied doctors in taking patients to the hospital. She described how the hospital staff was already on standby in the lobby to receive patients. However, patients were brought without phones and identification, making the process different. "Patients arrive without phones and identification, then a legal team approached me: sister, we can release the patients, we will continue to assist in finding identification, contacting family until hospital financing." This coordination ensured that the handling process ran smoothly.

In addition to accompanying patients, Zaskia was also directed to the volunteer headquarters. There, she saw many young people quickly loading medical supplies into the ambulance. Everything was done swiftly to meet the needs of the medical team in the field. However, she ultimately had to withdraw due to the increasingly uncontrollable situation. "Now I'm back because the situation in Kwitang is getting chaotic. The medical team was asked to retreat, and the crowd is getting more tumultuous," she concluded.
