Positive Covid-19, Harris Vriza Experiences Symptoms of Fever, Shivering, and Loss of Sense of Smell

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Harris Vriza is back to his usual routine, which is filming the soap opera Jodoh Wasiat Bapak Babak 2. Previously, Rizky Billar's friend had to undergo self-isolation due to testing positive for Covid-19.

"I had to take a break because I was affected by a disease that is currently trending (Covid-19)," said Harris Vriza at Persari Studio, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (13/7/2021).

1. No Symptoms

Harris Vriza admitted that before being diagnosed with Covid-19, he had no symptoms at all. Instead, after two days of self-isolation, symptoms of the disease appeared, such as fever, chills, and loss of smell.

"Here, the procedure is to keep swabbing, and right after the swab, the result came out, and I immediately tested positive. That's why I went home right away. Initially, I had no symptoms, but two days later I had a fever, and my CT was still high, around 37 at that time, then I got infected," he said.

"Two days later, I had a fever, chills, and until now my voice is still hoarse. And at one point, I couldn't smell anything. Alhamdulillah, I can still taste, but when I fart, there's no smell, hahaha. Now I can smell again," he continued.

2. Adhere to Health Protocols

Being positive for Covid-19 doesn't mean Harris Vriza neglected health protocols. During the Covid-19 pandemic, this 27-year-old artist truly adhered to health protocols.

"I always follow health protocols, always wear a mask, always use hand sanitizer, but I guess I was just unlucky and suddenly got infected. Previously, I had physical contact with someone who had already been infected, but Alhamdulillah, I'm fine. The thing is, if you're destined to get the disease, you'll get it anyway. But we should try our best to take care of ourselves," he said.
