Putu Bintang Putri Darmawan Makes Acting Debut in 'SETINGGI BINTANG' with Omar Daniel and Dea Annisa

"I was very nervous when I first met Omar Daniel, but also happy. As long as I'm happy during filming," said Putu Bintang Putri Darmawan when recently interviewed.

"From the first time I met Bintang, I knew she was a strong person and I think everyone has experienced bullying. Its effects are still felt until now, and Bintang can overcome it at the age of 14," praised Omar.

The film SETINGGI BINTANG tells the story of Bintang, who experiences bullying because of his dyslexia. Wanting to prove that he is not a weak person in the eyes of his friends at school, he leaves formal education and pursues modeling, which is his passion.

Produced by Arvin Cinema Pictures, the shooting process took place for more than 20 days in Bali, involving teenage models from Stars Model Look. The film's producer and co-director, Maulana Ibrahim, is optimistic that this film will be accepted by the public.

"This film tells the real story of Bintang from childhood to adulthood in pursuing his dreams. In his daily life, he is bullied since childhood, but he finds his passion and learns modeling," Omar revealed about the film SETINGGI BINTANG.
