Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina Bring Italian Football Legends for 'Padel Wars'

Nagita Slavina revealed that this idea was born from the success of previous sports events and sees Padel as an extraordinary new trend.

"Padel Wars actually started a few years ago with sports events. Usually tennis, but this year the enthusiasm for padel is incredible. So why don't we create a padel event? We're also trying something international," said Nagita Slavina at a press conference in the Senopati area, South Jakarta, on Monday (10/11/2025).

Raffi Ahmad added that the presence of these legends is expected to bring a different color and unite various groups, both those who are already athletes and those who play just for fun.

"What’s different here is that there are football legends, like Zidane, Ronaldo, and Messi, playing padel as well. This is a friendly sport. Hopefully, this can provide a positive value for those who haven't played, so they start playing, and those who already play become more enthusiastic, and those who are serious become real athletes," said Raffi Ahmad.

In addition to international legends, this event will also be enlivened by several top artists from the homeland such as Gading Marten and Ariel NOAH who are ready to showcase their skills on the field.

Raffi also revealed that the prizes prepared for the winners are quite fantastic, which will certainly boost the participants' spirits to compete at the end of the year. "Hundreds of millions. Don't worry, it will be exciting at the end of the year," said Raffi.

The Padel Wars event presented by Simpati will be held at Mahaka Square, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, on December 6, 2025.

"Tickets can be purchased on December 6. And in this Padel Wars, hopefully it can bring new enthusiasm. And hopefully the energy will reach out, encouraging more people to exercise, creating job opportunities," concluded Raffi Ahmad.
