Ramai Hana Hanifah Dragged into Online Prostitution Case, Wika Salim Reveals Disappointment

Regarding the news that is currently circulating, dangdut singer Wika Salim was asked for her response. She admitted to being quite disappointed because it can create a bad image for other public figures.

"If asked if I'm disappointed, it means that public figures are one of the most highlighted. If there's a public figure that is exposed, I'm a bit disappointed," said Wika Salim when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (14/7).

1. Don't Want to Comment Further

However, regarding the case of Hana Hanifah, Wika admitted that she does not want to comment further on the matter. According to her, artist prostitution has actually existed since long ago, but she herself is not familiar with the details.

As for me (response), prostitution has always existed. But if I am asked to comment further, I don't really understand. But as much as possible, I try not to get involved in such things," she said.

2. Not Only Among Artists

Wika Salim also believes that online prostitution is not only limited to artists. Because it all comes back to each individual.

"According to me, it's not only artists who have been involved in prostitution, people from all walks of life have been involved. But it all depends on the person themselves. How they choose their path," said Wika Salim.

That's why she always protects herself from getting trapped in such environment by continuously seeking halal sustenance. "As for me personally, I don't want to comment, let it be their business. If I work, this is how it is, if there is sustenance, Alhamdulillah. If not, then I'll look for it again," she concluded.
