Still a Witness, Candidate Lawyer Confirms Hana Hanifah is Not Involved in Online Prostitution

This was revealed by Machi, the legal representative who had previously handled Hana Hanifah's case. Although not officially appointed, Machi confirmed that Hana Hanifah is not involved in online prostitution.

"I understand the current situation where there are many reports about the arrest of an artist with the initials HH in Medan. It should be known here that we have handled the legal issues of this artist at the Metro Jaya Regional Police and South Jakarta Police in another case. Here, we are still considered as partners, the victim's partner, not the victim's legal representative because we have not signed a power of attorney, but tomorrow morning we will go to Medan to check everything," said Machi when met in the Kemang area, South Jakarta, on Monday (13/7).

"Here, together with the manager and representatives of the artist's family with the initials HH, we believe that the artist with the initials HH is not involved in online prostitution. The current status that we heard from Medan Police is as a witness. Therefore, tomorrow we will go to Medan to the Regional Police to confirm the truth," he continued.

The legal team can only confirm the truth of the circulating news after flying to Medan with Hana Hanifah's manager. According to Nico, Hana Hanifah's manager, the FTV star is in Medan for a photoshoot session.

"I don't know yet, but what I heard is that the artist with the initials HH has a photoshoot job there. I don't know much because I haven't been there and haven't confirmed it. I haven't met my potential client yet. I was only asked orally," said the candidate lawyer for Hana Hanifah.

Furthermore, the legal team emphasizes that Hana Hanifah is currently a witness. Medan Regional Police are still conducting further investigations regarding the alleged online prostitution case involving the artist with the initials HH.

"I don't know yet, that's why I went to Medan to confirm, but so far she is only a witness," said Machi.
