"When we arrived in Medan, Hana warmly welcomed the legal team and her family, because during the investigation she was not accompanied by a lawyer, only during the interrogation, and Alhamdulillah, when it came to the investigation and the suspect was identified, our client's status became a witness," said the lawyer.

"We are very happy that the legal team can send Hana Hanifah back home because it has been proven and her status is as a witness, that's why we ask the media to report and restore Hana's good name," he added.

1. Hana's Witness Status

The lawyer admitted that he did not know about the existence of evidence in the form of contraception. This is because Hana is only a witness and the suspect has been found.

"I don't know, but my client's status is as a witness and the initials of the suspects are R and J," he replied.

2. Wants to Create Again

It is revealed that Hana's future activity will be returning to the entertainment world. However, the difference is that the FTV artist is now more selective in choosing jobs.

"Yes, she wants to create again in the entertainment field, because she has a management team. The legal team and family advised her to be careful and more selective because people she just met like R and J may have bad intentions," she said.

Furthermore, the lawyer stated that his client could have been framed by someone. However, now her status is as a witness, and Hana Hanifah expressed her gratitude and her mental state is improving.

"There is a possibility (of being framed), but the process continues with her status as a witness," she said.
