Kotak Band led by Tantri (vocalist), Chua (Bass), and Cella (Guitar) is currently in conflict with their former personnel, Posan Tobing. This dispute is related to allegations of copyright infringement of songs. Because of this issue, Posan returned to the Metro Jaya Police, Wednesday (6/9) to make a report.
Not alone, this time Posan invited two of his former bandmates from Kotak, namely Pare (former vocalist) and Icez (former bassist).
There are interesting facts about the former vocalist who has the real name Julie Angel. Apparently, Julie Angel alias Pare is the creator of the name and logo of the band Kotak.
This was revealed by Icez, the former bassist of Kotak when met at Polda Metro Jaya, Wednesday (6/9).
"Regarding the name and logo of Kotak, the creator is Pare," said Icez.
In addition, although Pare has left Kotak since 2006, Pare is still actively involved in the music industry. She also often performs as a solo singer while playing the guitar.
This is proven by the statement of Posan Tobing, who said that after making a report, Pare had to immediately go to the gig location. "After this, Pare has a gig," said Posan Tobing.
From his Instagram account, Pare still appears to be active in the music world. Posan's statement is proven by several posts from Pare that show him performing.
In addition to being a singer and guitarist, Pare is also a songwriter and has a hobby of traveling to several interesting destinations.
