Ratu Sofya Reports Film Producer 'DOSA' to Polda Metro Jaya for Alleged Defamation

Accompanied by his lawyer, Zion Natongam Tambunan, the report was officially registered with allegations of violations of Article 433 junto 441 regarding defamation. The party of Queen Sofya claims to have obtained strong evidence submitted to investigators to implicate two individuals with the initials R and H.

Zion explained that the press conference conducted by the reported party did not have permission from his client. The impact of that statement is considered very broad and creates a negative narrative that harms Queen Sofya's reputation in the eyes of the public.

"Where the reported party held the press conference has no basis and legal standing to accuse our client of committing unlawful acts against his parents, where it is claimed or stated publicly that he sent a warning to his parents. Meanwhile, the reporter, our client, has never committed such acts and has never sent a warning to his parents regarding that issue," said Zion Natongam Tambunan.

The legal counsel believes that the reported party concluded the situation too early without sufficient evidence. This has caused Ratu Sofya to receive many negative comments from netizens.

"The apology request was made live and also shared with the media, and they could not fulfill it and do not acknowledge that they were the ones who made the mistake in concluding the matter," said Zion.

Ratu Sofya emphasized that this issue is purely a professional matter between her and the production house (PH). She does not want this issue to be linked to her family's internal affairs.

"There is no connection to my family here. This is purely me dealing with the PH," concluded Ratu Sofya.
