Ray Sahetapy Admits Still Having Difficulty Accepting Ria Irawan's Departure Forever

"All of them, including her father, mother, and siblings, have helped in the film industry," said Ray Sahetapy after the funeral, at TPU Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta, Monday (6/1).

1. Difficult to Accept Ria's Departure

Even Ray admitted that he himself still cannot fully accept Ria's departure forever. However, on the other hand, he is happy because Ria no longer feels the pain.

"But now she's gone, actually there is a difficulty in accepting this, but it has happened and it must be faced. Today she left us all," he said.

2. Ria's Pain Ends

"All the suffering she experienced with her illness, of course, this is a happiness for Ria herself because her pain has ended, I can only say that hopefully we can all accept Ria's life history for our own strength," he concluded.

As is known, Ria Irawan took her last breath at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta on Monday morning, after the dawn prayer. Now the deceased's body has been buried in TPU Tanah Kusir after Dhuhr prayer.
