Razman Arif Nasution Reports Nikita Mirzani Regarding Defamation and Reputation Damage Case

Lawyer Razman Arif Nasution takes legal action by officially reporting celebrity Nikita Mirzani. The report was filed at the South Jakarta Metro Police on Sunday, October 6, 2024, with report number LP/B/3084/X/2024/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA.

In a press conference held in the Kuningan area of South Jakarta on Monday, October 7, 2024, Razman stated, “It is with a heavy heart that I officially reported sister Nikita Mirzani to the South Jakarta Metro Police yesterday. This is the report.”

Razman ensnared Nikita with several articles in the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE). Among them, Article 27 paragraph 3 juncto Article 45 paragraph 1 as well as Article 310 and/or Article 311, which regulate defamation and slander.

One of the reasons behind this report is the alleged hate speech. Razman accused Nikita Mirzani of asking others to hack his Instagram account and offering a reward.   “She made a post on Instagram Story informing who could hack Razman Nasution's Instagram account would be given Rp 50 million,” he revealed.

Razman also claims that Nikita's actions have caused him material losses. In this situation, Razman hopes that the law can be enforced fairly without bias.   “The law must be upheld! I want to see how strong Nikita Mirzani is in this country!” he exclaimed firmly.

Razman believes that the law is impartial and his report will soon be processed by the South Jakarta Metro Police investigators. He hopes that this case can proceed as it should.

"Now we will first show how the South Jakarta Police handle the ITE case that I reported because I trust the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Mr. Kombes Pol Ade Rahmat and Head of Criminal Investigation AKBP Gogo, the investigators, and the unit can accept and carry out the report," he asserted.

The feud between Razman and Nikita actually started earlier. Nikita has reported Razman for violating the Personal Data Protection Law for disclosing the ultrasound results of her underage child made at the Metro Jaya Police on Thursday, October 3, 2024.
