Mingyu has become a Seventeen member who has undergone a massive transformation. From a very slim body weighing less than 60 kg, he has now successfully built a muscular physique. Through several of his Instagram posts, it can be seen that this 27-year-old idol often engages in physical activities including hiking, swimming, and playing basketball.
On the other hand, he is also diligent about going to the gym, KLovers! Through a vlog posted by RUNNING MAN star, Kim Jong Kook on his YouTube channel Gym Jong Kook, it can be seen that Mingyu and Dino from Seventeen are working out at his gym. It is known that Mingyu indeed exercises every day. He even shows the contents of his bag which include chicken juice, low sodium chicken breast, calcium, multivitamins, peanut butter, protein, and strap equipment.

The diet tips from Hoshi were revealed through clip 65 of SEVENTEEN's ASMR radio show. In the clip, Hoshi along with his fellow members, The8 and Dino, discuss what they are enjoying for dinner or what they have eaten as their dinner menu.
Although he admits he is not a diet expert, he is considered one of the Seventeen members who knows the diet tips he follows himself. Hoshi claims to have replaced regular soda with diet soda, swapped white rice for brown rice, and eats chicken breast before consuming other foods.

Another Seventeen member who has shared diet and workout tips is Joshua. In a video interview with Harper's Bazaar, Joshua shared the workout routine he usually follows. It consists of cardio and weight training plus strength training. He also has a different training schedule every day.
Additionally, Joshua Seventeen has a diet meal plan that includes coffee and salad for breakfast, chicken breast or salmon, rice, and vegetables for lunch, and pasta or roasted turkey with rice and soup for dinner. For snacks, he chooses diet soda and light snacks.
